Description
Advanced 2kW-Class Air-Cooled Fuel Cell Stack Test System
The Air-Cooled Fuel Cell Stack Test System is a fully integrated evaluation platform specifically designed for closed-cathode air-cooled PEM fuel cell stacks.
It enables precise control and monitoring of all critical operating parameters including hydrogen supply, air flow rate, humidity conditions, and electrical load.
The system is engineered to support comprehensive stack evaluation from initial activation to long-term durability testing.
The platform incorporates a multi-gas supply architecture (Hydrogen/Air/Nitrogen), advanced sensing modules, and a high-performance electronic load, allowing accurate replication of real-world operating environments.
With a user-friendly LabVIEW-based control interface, the system provides both automated test sequences and manual operation flexibility, ensuring efficient test execution and data acquisition.
The system also integrates multiple safety layers including gas leak detection, abnormal operation response, and emergency shutdown, making it suitable for both R&D laboratories and industrial validation environments.
